I’ve been tasked with helping our Operations group create Automation Plans to help reboot servers in the correct order as required for each application suite they support. There might as many as 20-30 servers used for a particular application, and when building the Automation Plans, it can get confusing keeping track of what each step is doing when there are a whole list of generic “Restart Endpoint and Wait for Restart to Complete”.
