Subscribed computer not showing up in patch mgmt for windows

I have a Win7 client computer running v9.2 IEM client. It is the only computer in a computer group for Win7 computers. The client seems to be working fine and has reported in recently etc. When I subscribe that computer group to the patch mgmt for windows site, it never shows up in that domain at all. Its been a couple of hours, I’ve rebooted the server and client and I’m not sure what to try next. There are other compter groups and computers subscribed to the patch mgmt for windows site. I’ve even switched the subscriptions for that site to “All Computers” just to see if the win7 computer would show up and it doesnt. Not sure exactly where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a good first step is to post the client log in a gist somewhere or on the forum for us to take a look? Maybe there’s some weird firewall rules on the client or on the server side that doesn’t allow the client to talk to the server on port 52311…
