SUA error like "your database must be updated to work with this version"

While opening the SUA web application am getting the error like “your database must be updated to work with this version, click the update button to begin”

But after clicking the update schema button getting another error message that "database name The user is not the owner of the specified database."
I have tried from the database admin ID also, eventhough getting the same error.

It will be great if anybody can help

Did you ever get an answer or solution to this? I am seeing the same issue when going from 9.2.0.2 to 9.2.1.0. I see previous apars on this for v2.x which have been addressed.

We have checked the accounts and we know the account has dbo access to the temadb. We are running the IE session as this account and we are logged on as this account.

Thoughts?

We got this fixed.

Turns out that the upgrade does not care if the account has DBO access, It requires that the database owner is set to the account that the SUA service is running as.
