Has SUA 9.2.2 replaced ILMT? If not, why would we want to install two different scanners (SUA and ILMT)?

ILMT is the free IBM tool for managing licenses for IBM software

SUA (or BigFix Inventory) is the for-pay product for managing licenses for IBM software and third-party software

ILMT offers only a subset of the functionality of SUA
