Stuck in pending downloads

HI All,

I am deploying adobe reader 11 to my workstations, all stuck in pending download status. i have restarted the server and tried to deploy again but same result. any idea to resolve it?

Did you check if the file is available at the URL used in the fixlet / task? Does the SHA1 of the file download match the SHA1 in the prefetch command? Is there an error message in the console when looking at the action that says anything about “Download Error”, or “Download Failed” ? Did you check the client, relay, and root server logs?
