Status of Scan for Software Identification Tag Files has a status of failed with return code of 143

I am currently looking at the values for:

  • _BESClient_ArchiveManager_MaxArchiveSize
    == 52428800
  • CIT_Scan_Timeout is set to
    72000 (20 hours)

Anyone have any ideas on what else I should look at?
