Standalone uninstaller to remove CIT Scanner

Is there a easiest way to remove the CIT scanners without using the fixlet. I want something to be ran on GPO level to remove.

Please provide me with possible solutions. Thanks!

This article talks about the uninstall.bat but where is it located, I cannot find any in the CIT installation dir.
