How to change BES Support Operator Permission?

(imported comment written by SystemAdmin) My experience is that you cannot prevent console operators and computers from evaluation the BES Support site content. You hide it, but Operators can choose to Show Hidden Content. I believe the BES Support center content is also the one site that, by default, by-passes the Locked status on Endpoints.
