How to change BES Support Operator Permission?

Guys,

How do I change the Operator Permission from Global read permission of “BES Support” external sites. As soon as the Site is visible the option to uncheck the Global ready permission is Grayed out.

This is something that we can change from the Database?

I don’t believe that we can get the reader access to BES Support site to be off.

My experience is that you cannot prevent console operators and computers from evaluation the BES Support site content. You hide it, but Operators can choose to Show Hidden Content.

I believe the BES Support center content is also the one site that, by default, by-passes the Locked status on Endpoints.
