Some .net fixlets (released at July) don't be superseded to released august security patches

I found that the following security patches don’t be superseded to released august security patches on BigFix fixlet.
Why? Is this bug?

I could find that the patches are superseded to august patches by MS catalog.

I don’t believe HCL marks .NET as Superseded, only OS cumulatives and some others are officially marked that way.

Look at previous releases going back several months.

It looks like these should be superseded. The team will take a look.
