SOLVED: Cannot see the Query app in WebUI

It’s easy to miss and a really important detail! It was in the 9.5.2 announcement:

This release is primarily intended as the platform support for the BigFix Query functionality. With Lifecycle and/or Compliance Security enabled, analysts and Master Operators can easily gather endpoint information by creating ad-hoc queries and submitting them from either REST API or from the BigFix Query application.
