Hi BigFix masters,
I have a query regarding the patching my Solaris systems from BigFix, which is:
While patching a solaris system normally (Not from BigFix) we have to patch he physical server first and then we will be able to patch the virtual server which is created inside the same physical server.
But in BigFix is there the same procedure? like unless we patch the physical server we will not be able to patch their virtual systems?
In our environment we have installed bigfix agent on both of the systems physical as well as virtual and we are able to generate the patch compliance report of both the systems.
Please help to clarify my doubt
