Solaris 11 local repository registration issue

Hi Guys,

We are trying to register our Sun Solaris 11 systems to our local repository, but when we are deploying the repo registration task the task gets failed with an exit code 1.

We have followed the steps which is given in the HCL documents:

Do we have to give the Key and certificate for the local repo also ?

It may help to include some client logs, the parameters you’re using when you send the action, or else open up a support incident and let them walk you through the process. It’s going to be difficult for anyone here in the Forum to help you without some more details on what you’re trying. Is your repo NFS, HTTP, HTTPS? And have you tried sending the action with the key and certificate?

Hey we were able to resolve the issue, as we found out that the segment in which we were trying to assign the local repositories to the systems, there the ports were not opened. After rectifying the issue we were able to assign the repository to that segment computers.
