Solaris 10/11 Provisioining

Hi,

We have requirement for Solaris provisioning.

We have deployed TPMfOSD 7.1.1.17, Is anyone can let us know Solaris-10/11 supported (Cloning & Fresh deployment).

Is there any doc to cover this, as I have seen it required jumpstart server setup.

Hi Pawanworks,
Solaris 10 up to Update 6 on SPARC 64 bit is supported while Solaris 11 is not supported. Please consoder that theh effort in the support of Solaris platfoms in the TPM for OSD product was drastically reduced in recent times and none is expected in the near future.

Its very strange as IBM also removed the AIX provisioning.

Have you done the Solaris Provisioning, as we have stuck with jumstart server.

No available doc on w3 regarding Solaris Provisioning.
