Size Limit in Scheduled Reports

Hello

we have to deliver on a monthly basis a complete SW inventory to the customer from ~ 4000 desktop pc’s.

A great thing to automate, unfortunately there is a size limit around 4 MB for scheduled reports.

My reports has actuall 40 to 50 Megabyte.

Hey Martin,

Can you tell me about where you are seeing this error? Are you emailing or archiving this report?

Hey Martin,

I found it. The default max size for a scheduled activity is 5 MB. You can change it:

String Value of number of MB: “ScheduleActivityFileSize”

key: “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\BigFix\Enterprise Server\BESReports”

Setting it to “10” will make the new limit 10 MB.
