Hi
For TEM licensing see here:
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/TivoliEndpointManager_Licensing.html
If you have got a license you’ll need to update your license key here:
Server Automation appears as a new option.
When you have updated your license, Server Automation will then appear as a new section in the license overview dashboard in the Console.
Accept the licence terms and you can then enable the site.
You’ll also need to have the Virtual Endpoint Manager site enabled.

as far as updating the license, we appear to have 2 that end support in 2013 so i guess i need to call support.

Sorry for a very late reply.
Server Automation is available as an addon for Lifecycle Management, and has a pre-requisite of version 10.2.1312 of TEM. So, it looks like you would need to upgrade to 10.2.1312 and buy a license for SA.

The current version of TEM is still in the 8.2 family, isn’t it?
