As of 17:03 UTC Iā€™m seeing 4700 as the correct and current version in my console.

Could well be that between the time of your last gather and manually hitting the site URL, HCL had made some fixlet modifications and incremented the version accordingly.

My issue has been around for about 6d. I press gather button, it says it is going to go out and check and the log says nothing to do.

4697 is the latest according to the log file.

What does sync.bigfix.com resolve to for your main server? Wonder if its hitting a different server than others maybe hitting? Just for comparison purposes, I hit 169.62.91.99 and 169.61.68.131, both appear to have 4700 as the latest site

both show 4700

nslookup on sync.bigfix.com shows both IPs

Maybe check your license/subscription is current for that site. There may be an issue you will need to open a support case, similar to that mentioned in this thread

Got off support call. Licensing is messed up.
