Site code analysis issue

Hi,

we have created analysis for site code and country which will fetch the details from the file placed at location c$\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData\CustomSite_RelayAffiliation from every client.

we are able to get the details of site code and country but after 1 or 2 days it start showing error and file is not present at location c$\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData\CustomSite_RelayAffiliation

What can be the reason of file deletion in client as it is present in relay and root server as well.

How are you putting the file in that directory? If you are not doing that thrpugh the console, Bigfix deletes any tampered(i.e. “dropped there by you”) files in the BESData directory.
