Has anyone compared the reporting capabilities of BigFix Inventory (BFI) and ServiceNow discovery?
We are deploying ServiceNow and there is a push to make the out-of-the-box (OOTB) discovery the primary discovery tool replacing BFI. One of the areas of concern is discovery of containers especially those in public cloud. ServiceNow folks say they can do that OOTB but BFI requires an upgrade.
We understand that ServiceNow can ingest the BFI data which is what I would prefer but others are making the decision on discovery.
