Service won't start

The BES Client Service won’t start and the event log states it is missing the ActionSite.afxm file, giving the path to where it is looking.

I coped the path from the event log and pasted it into explorer and the ActionSite.afxm file IS there. So I copied a new ActionSite.afxm from the Server to that system and tried to start the service and I get the same error.

Any thoughts?

Is the BESClient service running as LocalSystem, and does LocalSystem have access to the file?

It is running as local system.

I will have to check Perms but I don’t see how every other file i the same folder has those perms and the ActionSite file does not.
