Most of the systems are showing in out dated vm manager data.
Check whether the VM Manager documentation at https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/10.0/inventory/Inventory/admin/t_managing_virtual_machine.html is helpful, especially the maintenance tasks linked from there at https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/10.0/inventory/Inventory/admin/c_vmmanager.html
@JasonWalker, VM Manager connection is showing ok and tested connection also, but still 70% systems showing in out datated vm manager data.
You’ve need to check that the hypervisor that those VMs are on is actually covered by one of your VM Manager Plugins - is it possible one of your hypervisors is not included in your set of plugins? What’s the pattern to the 70% outdated - do they share a hypervisor, are other VMs on the same hypervisor up to date?
Did you schedule the task “upload VM manager data”?
Check “Data Import Time” and “Data Collection Time” from Management -> VM Managers Panel. The dates should be with in last 24 hours, matching with your data imports. Based on this, troubleshoot further as described in the documentation:

No, we haven’t schudule the task
Without this task there will be no data in ILMT:
