Servers Reporting Issue in TEM Console

Hi,

I am getting issues with Servers as it’s getting reported one day but the other day going offline in TEM Console due to which unable to do any activities through TEM. I have done the below mentioned Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Checked BESClient Service running

  2. Checked able to telnet at the default TEM Port from the server to the respective Relay Servers.

  3. Checked installing different version of TEM Agent but to no rescue.

My TEM Root Server Version is 8.2.1310, TEM Relay Server Version is 8.2.1310

Also with same Relay Server other servers reporting to TEM but few servers showing this issue so what other troubleshooting can be done. Please help.

Check the agent logs on the servers and see it there’s errors reporting.
