For server automation issues when you need logging information to troubleshoot the issue
For analysing the root cause for the issue we need pe_console logs.
The PlanEngine logs (pe_console.log) will be created at this location as shown in the screenshot.
Please provide us the full log file which includes the time you suspect the delay in server automation.
and few queries to the user: is User noticed the delay in Server Automation in midnight after 12 ?
whether user deleted the actions (Stopped/Expired) from the Actions tab before they notice the delay?
And please check the server automation version used , it can be checked at the lib location or printed in log file as in screenshot attached.
