Microsoft has made an announcement that there will be an out-of-band security bulletin for September 2012. This out-of-band security bulletin addresses a security vulnerability in Internet Explorer, most likely for the following security advisory: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/advisory/2757760
It is scheduled to be released on Friday, September 21st. We will provide Fixlets for this security bulletin once it is released.
From the time it is released, at 10 AM PDT, it will take us several hours to generate and test the content, but since there is only one bulletin, it should be available early afternoon, maybe 1-3 PM PDT. When the main developer gets in, if this information is inaccurate or the expected time changes, we will let you know.
The out-of-band September 2012 security bulletins have been released in Patches for Windows (English) site version 1661. Gathering the new site version will show the Fixlets.

Important Note: Microsoft has not released a patch for Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP SP2 x64 systems. Once Microsoft releases it, we will release a Fixlet for it as well.
