Sept month Ms21 patches are not showing in console

Sept month patching are not showing in console, we restarted All the services and rebooted root server, and we checked Internet its working fine.
Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.

What is your version of the ‘Patches for Windows’ site?
Check your BES Server\GatherBData\GatherDB.log for errors. Common cause is your network firewall or proxy settings may not allow your server to gather site updates.

we didn’t see any errors in GatherDB.log
can you suggest us alternate solution, becoz support also expired it seems.

Site version 3842 would be the release that contained these patches.

Within your BigFix Console logged in as a Master Operator, navigate to Sites → External Sites → Patches for Windows, then select the “Gather” button to trigger a re-gather of the site. Currently (8:50AM EST 9/16/21), the site version is 3844.
