Send Wake on LAN Request disappeared suddenly

Hi,

When I tried to right-click on any computer to select “Send Wake on LAN Request,” it disappeared.
I cleared the console cache and then closed and opened the console again, but it didn’t work.
I added “enableWakeOnLAN” in the admin tool under advanced settings (List of advanced options), then closed and opened the console, but it still didn’t work.

Please advise if anyone has faced this issue before.

Also, be sure your license is up to date and that you have current licenses to one of the LifeCycle offerings.

Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Regarding the license, I already have Workspace and Enterprise+ licenses and I enabled Power management site and activated all analysis required, and it was previously exist. However suddenly disappeared.

In that case I’d suggest opening a Support ticket so the team can review your system. It sounds like you’ve already been through all the steps you can check locally.
