Self-service possible?

Hi all.

Is it possible to let users do software installation via self-service? Like a portal where the users can choose to initiate certain tasks without IT support intervention. I see references to something called “bigfix support center” on the forums but I can’t find anything in the official docs.

We’ve just recently installed BigFix / TEM 8.1 and are evaluating just how advanced this product is compared to our old Tivoli environment. :slight_smile:

Hey Mikko,

Yes, you can deploy software installations as “offers” in the BigFix console. When you go to take an action, click the Offers tab to configure the action as an offer.
