Self Service Portal Login Issue

I have configured Software Distribution Self Service Portal in my environment.
everything is configured properly but as you can see in screenshot attached below:

But i’m unable to login on SSP
https://your_host_name/ssp
in my case hostname is APSUADB.

While i’m trying to login it shows below error.

While configuring I used “mail” as a login attribute.

is your mail box account configured with asianpaints.com or do you have something like .org or .net?
if so try to login with the .org/.net account, it should work!

Hi Techadmin,

My account is configured with asianpaints.com.
And we have properly configured LDAP account. But still we are facing the same issue.
