Self Service applcations sit at "Pending start" when computers are on WIFI or Remote

Applications from the self service only install if I am plugged int the network. WIFI connection and VPN Connection they will sit at “Pending start” forever. Please advise what I can check to allow these applications to install from SSA regardless of connection type.

SSA relies on data from the BigFix Client. You should check your network settings to see if the BigFix Client can talk to the BigFix Relay/Server when not connected to the network. SSA doesn’t do anything special when it comes to networks; it’s really just a new interface to replace the offer capability from the ClientUI.
