The error message i get whenever i run an official RHSA 9 provided by bigfix is this
Relevance substitution failed parameter “exit_code” = “{line 1 of file ( parameter “EDR_ExitCode”}”
however :
manual dnf install/update works
custom bigfix actions using dnf work
Clearing EDRDeployData + restarting BESClient did not work
some RHEL 9 systems patch successfully with same configurations.
Can you please provide a Fixlet ID example?

Enabling EDR logging via the client setting “_BESClient_LinuxPatch_enable_debug_log” is useful in this scenario as you can then get all the EDR logs and review them to help diagnose the issue. We had issues that were caused by the prefetch plugin time out settings.
