I have another problem. I have add for testing a new computer with the preconfigured agent who is available in the source file of the bigfix file. I can see the computer in the console but i can see only the id of the computer.
For the first issue I think you’ll need to open a Support Incident. The Forum is all community-based support, most of us don’t work for HCL and none of us have the dashboard source code…
For the second, I’d try right-clicking the computer and and issuing the ‘Send Refresh’ command. That will cause the computer to evaluate & send a Full Report.
