Scheduling reports in PDF format

Hi All,

Lately we upgraded our BigFix platform from version 9.5.7 to 9.5.13. Earlier we had scheduled an automatic report which used to send the compliance report in PDF format but after upgrading the platform we do get the report but we are not able to open the pdf file.

Is there anything which we need to configure ?

Earlier we have completed all the deployment task to enabling the PDF on bigfix server from the console before upgrading. Do we have to carry out all the activities again ?

Please help.

After going through in the issue, we found out that the PDF which gets generated gives the error of file is corrupted.

We have also found that we will have to increase the -script_delay parameter, as i am working new in the scripting can anyone help me out in doing the same, like where to and how to do it ?

The issue resolved by deploying PDF enable task on the BigFix server from the Console.
