Scheduled Automated Patch Management

Hello, I am trying to implement Automated Patch Management.
I am using WebUI and creating a Scheduled Patch Policy.
In my test, I have a Server 2008r2, Target 1 device, and all the applicable patches are listed.

Below I have some the config, also attached is a snapshot of the schedule
For deployment, I always get “ Constrained By Date Range”
Also, in order to launch a scheduled patch policy, to a time I want it to be, I have to set the time 5 hours in the past.
So, I want the patch policy to execute at 9am, I have to set the scheduled time to 4am. All my systems are in the correct time zone (time & date).

Lastly, is there a way to be notified when the patching has been completed?

Patch Policy:
PoC: out of band - PM - Windows Server 2008r2

Patches: 84
Devices: 1 (0 Groups)
OS: Windows
Type: OS Updates
Status: active
Patch Updates: 0 since 7/10/2019, 8:47:37 AM
Next Refresh: Refresh not enabled
Site: Master Action Site

Patch Schedule:
PoC: Schedule - Server 2008r2 Patch Updates
Daily 1 Device 11 Jul 2019 08:50

Deployment:
POC-BB-2008R2. 4 minutes ago. Constrained By Date Range

There’s a lot to unwrap in there, but I’ll take the easy one.
On the schedule it looks like you are using the “UTC” option for the timezone rather than ‘Client local time’. Are your systems in time zone ‘UTC +0500’ by chance?

Hello Jason, Ahh, Yea I am using “client local time” . I didn’t notice that. However, I changed it.
this is what happens.

I set the time to 3:05 PM, that is what happens for UTC, or Client Time.

11 Jul 2019 11:05 - UTC
10 Jul 2019 21:05 - Client Time

Hello Jason.
It appears to have worked but still confused about the Time issue.
I set the scheduled policy to kick off at 3:09 PM 10th (but the issue date is 8:50 pm), and it doesn’t appear to have started until 11th @ 02:50 am.
