We have schedule some report but alternate days we are getting Background thread threw STL exception :class debuggable exception errro while login to web reports.Due to that we need to clear the error alternate days .Otherwise all schedule repot get stuck.

please enable the web reports debugging logs, check the total schedule activities in web report logs running around the time period. then open the Schedule activities and open the report contains within them which might be having some old filter parameters values used which are currently not existing in BigFix and also showing as RED coloured, disable that report schedule activity for troubleshooting and then check this error will be get resolved.
this might be issue will old schedule activities having report using old filter values.

Thanks for suggestion, we had removed those scheduled report but still we are getting the same error .
As @pawa9074 suggested, try enabling Web Reports debug logs (choose All logging) and then restart the Web Reports service. In most cases, if the issue started after adding problematic reports, restarting the service should resolve it.
If the issue persists after the restart, wait for 12 hours and then open a support case, including the collected logs, for further investigation.
Beware, logging values are case sensitive, so use all.
