Scanners not installing on all applicable computers

Hi

I have BigFix installed in an airgapped environment.

I am having issues with several tasks not completing, such as “Install or Upgrade Scanner” and “Upload Software Scan Results”

Is there anything you can suggest or something I may have missed?
