Scanner installation is getting failed on windows 8 and 12

Hi Team,

we are using the BigFix and ILMT environment.

when I try to install the scanner on windows 2008 and 2012 servers, I am getting the Download failed error in the fixlet summery, but in the BigFix server all the packages are downloaded cached in server state.

we can able to update the scanner on rest all operating systems.

when I run the analyzer showing all the relevances true only.

can you please help me to resolve this, and let me know is there any manual process to install the scanner in windows servers.

I tested ILMT Scanner v9.2.35 on freshly built Windows 2008 and 2012 machines, and it was deployed successfully on both of them.

Given this, I guess it’s blocked because of a corporate websense policy or any endpoint security tools (AV, bit9, beyond trust, etc.).

I recommend, you coordinate with your corp infosec team and have the prefetch files and links verified.
