Probably not.
You might be able to adjust the CSS or perhaps the page itself, but I don’t know if there is a built in way to do that sort of customization, so it may involve trying to hack the actual page on the server, which would probably be messy.
If you want something better looking, then you may need to build your own dashboard using APIs.
