We have our console loaded up on a citrix farm, so when we log in, it sends us to one of 6 servers. From there we load the console. After I set up all my preferences, and then log off, the next time I log on, I might get sent to a different citrix server and then I lose my prefs.

What is the name of the file(s) that hold my preferences? maybe I can copy that file to the other servers so I can keep my prefs?

The settings are stored in the HKCU\Software\BigFix branch of the registry…
