SA Plan issue restarting

Getting below error in pe_console.log . Plan engine is keep restarting itself

It appears that you upgraded your DEV environment to Automation Plan Engine 9.5.54:

Can you revert back to the Automation Plan Engine 9.5.52?

We have a defect article related to issues with Automation Plan Engine 9.5.54:

Please perform the following workaround:

  1. Deploy Task to Uninstall Automation Plan Engine 9.5.54.
  2. Get a copy of the “Install Latest Automation Plan Engine v9.5.52.bes” from HCL BigFix Support.
  3. Import the fixlet and Deploy “Install Latest Automation Plan Engine v9.5.52”.
