Running BigFix Server 10.0.1 and BigFix Client 9.2.21 HPUX

Hi all

Is it supported to run BigFix Server 10.0.1 / ILMT 9.2.22 and using BigFix Client 9.2.21 on HPUX?
Think 9.2.x is the last supported version for the BigFix client on HPUX. So wondering if this will work
ok with a BigFix server running version 10.0.1?

Yes, a 10.x deployment can take reports and send actions to a 9.2 client.
The 9.2 client will not be able to leverage new features such as Persistent Connections or PeerNest, but otherwise should work fine.

I have that scenario and can confirm works fine. I even have a few very old RHEL 4 boxes that are running 8.2.x agents and still reporting fine. The only thing you may need to tweak is the minimum supported client version via the BigFix Admin tool (setting is actually kept in the masthead file)
