Roll back RHEL patch through IEM

I was trying to find some information about how to roll back any RHEL patch installed through IEM. Is there a way to do it? Any information on this would be appreciated.

How would you roll back the patch on the RHEL command line normally? That is how you would do it, that is the place to start.
