Right click remote control

Hi, I have enabled remote control site and I am able to take remote control using controller. I have seen an option to take remote control by right click computer in the console and take remote control. Can any one tell me how to enable this feature.

Thanks for your response.

Actually I am unable to apply that task on my console because of some url in the task(unable to download).

I have already used right click option but I want to use remote control instead of remote desktop.

I think using this it will enable only remote desktop not the IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote control.

I tested this method before, it is working.
But you may need to edit “ShellCommandRelevance” according to your environment.

I am unable to find remote control option in the registry. Please tell me how to enable it in detail.

Thanks again for your quick response and how to edit the shell command relevance because I didn’t find it, if possible the location of the file.

you should create it under ComputerListContextMenuExtensions like other keys Browse Computer, Copy Hostname …
the link, which I shared, will guide you.

you should start right-clicking on ComputerListContextMenuExtensions and select New>Key and then name it “TivoliRC”

I am able to find the option for remote control now but unable to take remote control.

I am getting the above error.
