RHSA-2018:2846 Kernal Upgrade Failed

I am very much new to Bigfix and am trying to understand the reason for a Redhat Kernal Patch Failure. can someone help me here to understand the problem and how to resolve this issue?

Issue sis with RHSA-2018:2846 which is failing on each and every linux server in my Environment

After all the steps are completed, The last steps says as failed and Kernal upgrade never happens

Make sure you’ve set up the RHSM Download Plugin properly (doc).

Also, check the logs on the endpoint, which is located at /var/opt/BESClient/EDRDeployData.

Hard to say what is going on, so you should try looking at the troubleshooting checklist guide depending on what is the error mentioned in the log.

Thank you I found out that the entitlements for Linux servers expired because of which the patches are failing.
