Been 2 weeks and still no resolution. On a related note… what’s is the best location to install the RHSM plugin. Relay or Root server?
Been failing for us too this month. Was working for us mid November and then we first encountered the error Dec 3rd.
I don’t know if it’s the best location or not, but we have our RHSM plugin installed on our Root server.
opened a support case and was resolved by provided a separate hotfix was created for the download cacher

Is this hotfix available without needing to open a support case to get it? It’s February now and we still don’t have a permanent fix for this pushed out?
Opened HCL case. Issue is recently resolved with RHSM Download Plug-in v1.0.12.0 update pushed this week. Patching Support site update version 1287.
