RFE Import Webreports users into SUA periodically

RFE to import Webreports users into SUA periodically so that future webreports users created will then show up in SUA so that manual creation in both is not required.

I have updated the RFE to reflect new information in the related PMR.

I’d like an option to import webreports users and similar user provisioning tasks separately from ETL.

I was having ETL issues that now appear to be resolved, but now I am having issues with WebReports user importing.
