Description:
The Ability to Lock an Action Preset so that the settings cannot be altered
Also a way to audit any changes made.
Use case:
If someone changes the Post-Action to include a reboot and you are expecting this setting to not be part of your Preset, and you use the Preset, then you just rebooted x number of machines, unintentionally
