Retrieving a "Primary IP Subnet Address" relevance for Location By Subnet Wizard

I am looking at this relevance expression " wake on lan subnet cidr string" however how could i trim it so it is not extending 192.168.1.0/24 with the cidr on the end so that it is only this 192.168.1.0

if you can help trim this then I think this can be used with the Location by Subnet wizard , custom, as the current location by subnet is not always correct with the multiple addresses
