I would like to know if it is possible to send a restart to clients before running an action?

I think what I would do here is to make a baseline with two steps:
- Restart Computer
- Install Something
I’d make it so the relevance for #2 prevents it from being relevant if there is pending restart, logged on user, or whatever the criteria is that you need to clear before running the install. I would then make sure that you uncheck the box in the baseline for #1 so that it doesn’t contribute to the relevance of the baseline:
