Is there some way to reset the WebUI data in the BFEnterprise database (short of reinstalling BigFix)? Looking at the sites folder on the WebUI server, there are only two folders - WebUI Common and Pending. Pending is empty. Looking at the WEBUI_SITES table in BFEnterprise, only the WebUI Common entry has an is_deleted value of 0. Everything else is showing a 1.
Took a calculated risk and modifed the WEBUI_SITES table, changing the is_deleted to 0 for the SWD, Query, Patch, App Admin, and Profile Management sites. To my surprise, it appears to have resolved the dashboard issues.
