"Reset" message when opening WebUI

This is fairly random on who it impacts and which system they are connecting from. When we open the WebUI url or IP address (We most often use the IP), we get a little message displayed in the body of the page.

Multiple users from one source server may or may not get it. User1 can get to the WebUI but User2 gets the reset message. This also occurs from multiple different source servers.

Has anyone ever seen this?

weird… are you using proxy / balancer that could alter https traffic?
by enabling the developer tools (on Chrome ctrl+shift+I) the network tab can show you the traffic starting from you browser; I don’t know how much can help, but could give you some hints.

Looks like a 403 error but what is more odd is other users on the same source server (TS Server) can access it.

Some wrong redirects?
The Remote Address field shows port 80, but you are using HTTPs protocol…

What is odd is some users, from the same source system, can access it, but myself and a couple of others can’t.

I think it is an iboss thing. I am going to reach out to our iboss team and see what they say.
